Lewis Allen

Lewis Allen was a former student of Queen's Academy who was a contemporary of Anne Shirley.

Biography[]

Lewis Allen appears at a charity ball at Kingsport, which Anne Shirley has helped to organize with Mrs. Tom Pringle. He introduces himself to Anne, having recognized her as a student who had taken the teachers' source at Queen's Academy and recalling that Anne won the Avery Scholarship and Gilbert Blythe had won the Gold Medal. He reveals that he has become the principal of Richmond Public School^[1] before Anne invites him to dance with her.
