Distinguishing universes on in-universe pages
Page Title: Anne Shirley leads to the book version of the character; Anne Shirley (Green Gables Fables) leads to the Green Gables Fables portrayal. For the first ever appearance of the character, don't use brackets. For example, Felicity King first appeared in Road to Avonlea, so the Felicity King page should lead to her live-action version and the Felicity King (Sullivan Entertainment animated) page should lead to her animated version.
Infobox: In every in-universe infobox template, such as {{Infobox character}} or {{Infobox school}}, there is a parameter labelled "universe". There are currently 13 universe schemes in use on this wiki. More may be created by admins as appropriate. The words in bold will change the "theme" of the infobox template when typed in the "universe" parameter. Make sure you get the case and punctuation of the keyword(s) right, or this will not work!
